1、首先，我们打开Back4Sure软件，先找到想要备份的电脑文件所在的磁盘路径。
2、然后，我们在该路径中勾选想要备份的电脑文件，并点击Back4Sure操作界面右侧的“…”按钮。
3、此时，Back4Sure便会弹出浏览文件夹窗口，我们选择电脑文件备份后的保存路径，再点击“确定”按钮。
4、接下来，我们点击界面下方的“Backup Now！”按钮，Back4Sure便开始备份该电脑文件。
5、最后，在Back4Sure弹出的备份任务窗口中，我们可以实时了解电脑文件备份的进度。进度显示100%，说明Back4Sure完成了该电脑文件的备份，直接点击“OK”按钮即可。
害怕电脑中重要的文件被误删、粉碎或丢失，都可以使用Back4Sure备份重要的电脑文件。使用Back4Sure备份电脑文件后，如果文件被修改的话，那么所备份的电脑文件也会同步作出修改，实现数据的同步更新。
